In an elevated position, the property has extensive views over 25 miles to the Mendip Hills in the North, across the Bristol Channel to Wales and across the Somerset Levels towards Glastonbury Tor. It is set at the end of a quiet farm road about half a mile from Nether Stowey, with no passing traffic.
